The opening round of the National MX Series kicked off in sunny Southern Califiornia at the dirt diggers prairie city mx near Sacramento. Mike turned in an 8th place finish on the day despite crashing with a lapped rider in moto one . Mike ran as high as 5th for much of moto 2, but could not come to terms with the extremely bumpy conditions that Hangtown MX brought to the table in 2013 .

Mike speed was 6th place all day long,and did manage to maintain 5th for a good part of the second moto, but Barcia proved stronger later in the race .
MEDLEY
Nice book that was given to the media with lots of factual info, Mike Alessi appears many times on the top stats in National Motocross.
6th PLACE : Mike Alessi turned in a respectable 6tgh place finish in the second 450cc moto at Hangtown

Hello all its MIke ! well i just finished up the Seattle SX ,and it went good with a 6th place finish! This will be the final sx race of the 2013 season for me ,as i will now turn my full attention to the mx nationals.. The field is stacked with top talent this year and it will take everything to be competitive and stay in the game ...this season many good riders will find it a hard go in the mx nationals but i plan on being as prepared as possible . i will work hard in the coming weeks to perfect my suspension and to get my self into top form for the upcoming battles ! In fact i will visit the mile high city soon to begin my training and testing .
i will spend most of the race season in florida in the extreme heat and humidity, while i will train and ride to the 100 percentile each week . i want to thank those who continue to stand by me in the face of adversity this season and continue their support this summer and to the fans who line the fences at the nationals the louder you yell the more i will twist the throttle .. see you this summer Mike /800=

LATEST Despite rain ,and rutty track conditions Mike Alessi overcame many obstacles and the potential for bad luck to come out 6th place during the mcr home town race in the great northwest. COMP Mike raced with barcia ,villopoto ,and dungey at times in seattle MEDLEY Mike will now turn his focus towards hangtown and the mx nationals commencing in approximately 4 weeks
